• We offer free shipping within India for orders above the value of ₹3000.
   

• Orders ship within 3-5 working days, with delivery expected in 5-7 working days (India) and 10-15 days (International).
   

• Art prints ship within 5-7 working days.
   

• Custom orders take 20-25 days as they are made to order.
   

• Delivery times may vary based on location accessibility.
   

Order Cancellations & Refunds:

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.
   

• Custom products, artwork, prints, and international orders are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
   

• If eligible for a refund (as per return conditions below), processing takes 7-10 working days.
   

Returns & Exchanges:

Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

• An incorrect product has been delivered to you.
   

• The product has a genuine manufacturing defect.
   

Each return or exchange request is treated individually. We cannot offer refunds if:

• An incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided.
   

• Our shipping partners made three (3) failed delivery attempts.
   

• The recipient refused the package.
   

If your request meets our return criteria, contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

• Your Order Number
   

• The reason for return (for defective or incorrect products, attach an image).

Return Shipping:

• We do not offer pick-ups. You must courier the product to:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and have original tags intact.
   

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
   

Other Policies:

• We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
   

• Transactions are processed in INR & USD (for international orders).
