Founded by Franklin Fernandes on the 16th of November 1967, Fresco Bakery at Juhu is one of the few bakeries to have a wood-fired oven. The smell of fresh bread, combined with the spicy smell of Manchurian rolls, embraces us as we walk into Fresco, where the kitchen never shuts and fresh items are baked every few hours. “That’s how we serve everything fresh.”
